Youth
Story Time
Children 2–5 (older and younger welcome)
Moms and their children gather in the church library to fellowship while the kids play.

GEMS
Girls, 2nd–8th grade
Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior is a relationship-building program where girls learn about God, His word, and His world alongside mentors and peers — through Bible study, crafts, singing, games, and parties across the year.

Boys, 1st–8th grade
A mentoring program in a group setting, helping boys from the church and community grow in their Christian faith through Bible lessons, games, activities, and outings. Any interested boy is welcome.

Thirty One
An engaging, inspiring, and just plain fun variety of events designed to draw in a range of ages. Grow in faith through speakers, games, Bible studies, and the encouragement of women who love Jesus.

Coffee Break
Women of all ages · no Bible experience necessary
A weekly Bible study in small groups for fellowship and study. Women of all faiths are welcome to come learn who Jesus is and why He matters. Currently studying Acts 9–28. Childcare is not available.

Women's Book Club
All women welcome
For anyone who enjoys reading. Books are chosen in advance and generally appeal to a wide variety of readers, fiction and non-fiction alike. Read the whole book or part of it — either way, come for the discussion.

Bible Life: Men's Group
Men of any age, background, or biblical knowledge
A relational study group supporting men in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We meet weekly for verse-by-verse discussion of various books of the Bible, in studies running anywhere from four to twelve weeks. The only requirement is a desire to discover what God is saying.

Morning Men's Bible Study
Led by Pastor John
Strengthen your walk of faith with a group of men exploring various Bible passages and discussing the messages, questions, and faith issues that arise along the way.

Children's Worship
Children, ages 3–6
Children are dismissed partway through the Sunday service for their own age-appropriate time of worship — knowing, loving, and worshiping God through Biblically-based songs, stories, and activities.

Offered during the school year. Students are taught age-appropriate Biblical lessons and how to apply them to their own lives.

Adult Education
We gather after Sunday worship to grow spiritually by studying God's Word and discussing current issues facing the church today. Topics are chosen to inspire and challenge, with missionary presentations and special events offered periodically.

Life Groups
All generations, men and women
Small groups that meet regularly and walk through life together — fellowship, care, accountability, study, and service. Community at this depth is hard to reach on a Sunday morning. This year every group is studying the Apostles' Creed, a twelve-lesson study.

Worship Team
Experienced or learning · 1–2 Sundays a month
Our musicians come from every background — classically trained or self-taught, seasoned or brand new. The sound blends traditional and contemporary, leaning acoustic and folk. Standard team is drums, bass, keys, guitar, and vocals, with flute, trumpet, violin, and other melody instruments folded in. A shadow option is available for younger or less experienced players.

Worship Lab

Interested in singing for the first time? Want to try a solo, or pick up a new instrument? Worship Lab is built for people starting out. We plan songs around who's coming, so let us know ahead of time and watch for confirmation.

Intergenerational Serve
We're passionate about serving those in need close to home. Recent partners include Phil's Friends, Feed My Starving Children, Outreach York, Grace and Peace Community Church, and the Lombard Pride Cleanup. We've also joined area churches for Love Your Neighbor Day, repairing and maintaining homes. Know an organization that needs volunteers? Tell us.

Adult Serve
Ages 14 and up
Lombard CRC has a long history of serving communities through week-long summer mission trips, most recently partnering with World Renew on disaster relief. Watch for this summer's destination and dates.

PADS
Public Action to Deliver Shelter. Every other month our church helps feed those experiencing homelessness, running shifts from Sunday evening into Monday morning. Bring food, serve a shift, or both.
